The engine under the hood is the same 5.0L found in the RC F and does arrive with a horsepower advantage over its Bavarian counterpart, yet it is down significantly when it comes to torque (the BMW M5 cranks out 479 lb-ft). Power is sent to the rear wheels by way of an eight-speed automatic transmission with manual shifting capabilities.

Sweet mother of Ayrton Senna, here’s the production NSX, finally revealed. Three separate electric motors (one on the drivetrain and two up front) combine with a twin-turbocharged, longitudinally mounted V6 for a total power output that Acura claims is “North of 550 hp.” Helloooo.
